TPG secured the approval of this mixed-use development containing 70 apartments, eight levels of offices and a café tenancy on a site close to the proposed future South Perth Train Station. The building makes excellent use of its corner site, with views across the Swan River and Richardson Park maximised by its excellent architecture and thoughtful design.

This proposal will act as a catalyst for future development in the immediate area around the proposed station, with the increased volume of office space and dwellings ideal for a future transport node.
