Submissions on the Outer Metropolitan and Peel Sub-Regional Strategy

With the majority of development in Perth occurring in the outer peripheral regions, the Outer Metropolitan Perth and Peel Sub-Regional Strategy is an important component of the State-planning framework.

As such, Planning Context was commissioned to prepare a number of submissions on the strategy, with mainly related to the rezoning of land to allow more intensive development.

Examples of subject sites were included in the localities of Karnup, Upper Swan and Gidgegannup.
