Planning context has undertaken a review
of the Strategic and Regulatory Services Division at the City of Canning.

The review has involved an analysis of the strategic direction of the City, regulatory approvals processes, the role Council plays in determining applications, compliance functions, customer service and the structure of the organisation.

Having examined the functioning of the division, numerous recommendations were provided to assist in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the City’s operations.
