TPG is proud to be a part of the team that has recently secured development approval for Perth's fourth tallest building at the corner of Murray Street and Milligan Street, on behalf of our client Fragrance Group. Designed by Scanlan Architects, the development will comprise of two distinct tower elements containing 359 residential apartments and 406 hotel rooms.

The project utilised the skills of our statutory planning and heritage teams to assist in delivering an exciting new development, which reveal the historically significant Pearl Villa one of Perth's hidden treasures.  This 1887 Victorian Regency style villa has been hidden behind the Milligan Hostel since 1930, when the hostel was constructed. This new development seeks to restore some of the lost features of Pearl Villa including its verandah and original entry.  The historic fabric will be sensitively adapted to form a complementary food and beverage venue for the new residential and hotel towers.
