TPG played a lead role in this innovative redevelopment project, which involved formulation of urban design concepts, development and communication of a vision for neighbourhood design, subdivision design, design guidelines, and preparation of town planning scheme text and planning policies.

TPG managed a comprehensive community consultation exercise, involving the use of focus groups, workshops and expert professionals. TPG ensured that the final concept plan adopted and implemented was fully endorsed by the community. TPG was responsible for the implementation of the detailed design of development aspects, from subdivision to site design guidelines, and finally management of the development control functions for the Subiaco Redevelopment Authority.
