New Northbridge

Client: East Perth Redevelopment Authority

TPG developed a master plan and detailed design guidelines for The Village, Northbridge project area. This required master planning of inner city development and planning for conflicting land uses on land above the Graham Farmer Freeway Tunnel.

We prepared design guidelines that continue to achieve quality mixed use development outcomes as a leading example of urban renewal. The guidelines balance matters such as scale, architectural design and management of land uses.
