Plot Ratio and Built Form Study

Client: City of Perth

TPG is undertaking the City of Perth Growth Needs for the Future study which will have a significant influence on the future look of our City. The study involves a three stage planning, review and implementation process. It is our role to determine whether the existing Scheme provisions will meet the City’s growth needs for the next 20 years. The process involves a ‘Business as Usual’ assessment based on current Scheme provisions, an Urban Design Framework being undertaken by the City of Perth to determine the City’s preferred development outcome and a Gap Analysis and Scheme Amendment to implement the relevant development provisions.
