Woodbridge Lakes – Midland

Client: Midland Redevelopment Authority (MRA)

TPG assisted the MRA with the subdivision design and preparation of DAPs and design guidelines for the Woodbridge Lakes Estate. In delivering this project a calculated risk was taken in designing the estate as Midland’s first premium, medium density residential development of two storey houses on small lots. Exceeding all expectations, Woodbridge Lakes has become a dress circle residential estate created around the historic Coal Dam on the western edge of the former Railway Workshops site.

TPG ensured that the estate was designed using leading-edge Liveable Neighbourhood principles with the intent of providing high-quality housing close to public transport and all the Midland City Centre’s amenities and services.
