Waikiki High School

Client: Landcorp

TPG was commissioned by LandCorp to prepare a structure plan for the former Waikiki High School site. TPG was the lead consultant of a multi disciplinary team looking at the opportunities for the redevelopment of the site.

The project posed several challenges in the structure planning process, such as the integration of neighbouring land uses such as the existing residential environment and Western Power substation facility.
The structure plan aims to create an inclusive neighbourhood with opportunities for affordable housing, focused on community integration and access to public transport services.
