Client: Town of Cambridge

The Town of Cambridge commissioned TPG to prepare the Outline Redevelopment Plans and Residential Design Guidelines for the site, located at the junction of The Boulevard and Kalinda Drive in City Beach. The Redevelopment of the site is for residential purposes and has been identified and endorsed by the local and state governments.

The specifics of the Outline Development Plan include facilitating a residential development in accordance with the Metropolitan Region Scheme and the Town of Cambridge Planning Scheme No 1 Residential R30/40 zoning over the site as well as provide for a safe, coherent, robust urban form that offers a unique choice of housing.
