Karratha Revitalisation Project

The State Government via its ‘Pilbara Cities’ initiative has recently provided additional impetus towards expanding townships in the Pilbara to create Karratha as a City of the North. TPG was engaged by LandCorp and the Shire of Roebourne as the lead consultant working with a wide range of specialists to provide planning and urban design services to revitalise Karratha.

TPG is preparing the Karratha City Wide Growth Plan, a Karratha City Centre Masterplan and an Implementation Plan. These plans will provide the blueprint for Karratha’s expansion and the means to address economic diversity, affordable living and improved service and amenity provision.
