TPG has prepared a local structure plan, local scheme rezoning and related subdivision design over a 475ha industrial site located in the Avon Valley, 16km east of the Town of Northam. LandCorp’s Avon Industrial Park aims to act as a catalyst for economic and employment growth to ultimately service a number of the surrounding local government areas including the Shires of Beverley, York, Goomalling and Cunderdin. The estate is anticipated to yield approximately 60 industrial zoned lots upon completion, with the remaining lands being reserved as Parks and Recreation.
