Riverside

TPG has been commissioned to provide a range of heritage consultancy services for the East Perth Redevelopment Authority’s (now part of the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority) Riverside Project. The vision for Riverside is to transform the eastern gateway to Perth by creating a cosmopolitan waterfront community and tourist destination with a range of entertainment, commercial, retail, civic and residential uses that take advantage of its unique location.

TPG is preparing a Conservation Plan for the Western Australian Police Services Complex and Archival Record for the Chemistry Centre. We also provide heritage input into design guidelines, undertake heritage assessments and prepare heritage agreements. This work will have an integral role in shaping the future revitalisation of the Riverside project area.
