The Palace Hotel
Client: Brookfield Office Properties
The Palace Hotel constructed in 1895, is a significant heritage listed landmark building in the City of Perth. It remained in use as a hotel until it was converted for use as banking premises in the 1980s, when the BankWest Tower was constructed.
TPG Heritage was commissioned to develop a Future Use Strategy for the Palace Hotel to identify the heritage, architectural and planning opportunities and constraints for the future use of the historic building. The Strategy explores crucial elements to be considered in planning for future uses and makes recommendations for the next steps.
