TPG was commissioned by Swan Care to develop a master plan for the comprehensive redevelopment of their Bentley site.  The master plan involved research into the future of the retirement village demand and consultation with staff, residents and relevant government authorities.  Subsequent development approvals have also been achieved by TPG, resulting in the construction of a Residential Care Facility and Independent Living Units.
