Perth Cultural Centre Place Activation Plan

Client: Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority  (Formerly EPRA)

We collaborated with EPRA and a team of local, national and international consultants to prepare a place plan, implementation strategy and business case to facilitate improvement and activation of the Perth Cultural Centre. The project aims to identify, plan and deliver strategic, self-funded physical improvements to increase the area's appeal and deliver EPRA's vision for an activated and vibrant cultural destination. The initial stages of the project explored improvements to the area focusing on responding to people's intuitive needs, and taking into account sociability, activities, access, linkages, comfort and image. Later stages of the project focus on developing, documenting and monitoring the development strategies.
