We were commissioned to prepare a development application for a 21-storey mixed-use building in South Perth, with commercial tenancies and offices occupying the lower three floors and 118 apartments above.
The building was carefully designed to take advantage of its high visibility from the Mill Point Road freeway interchange, resulting in a landmark building at this prominent gateway into South Perth. Securing this approval required negotiation with the City of South Perth and the application of the development incentives available within the South Perth Station Precinct Special Control Area.
