TPG proudly sponsored Heritage Perth's first of three seminars in the 2015 Spring Series. Seminar One was held last week at The Garden in Leederville.
The keynote speaker Paolo Amaranti, CEO of the Rottnest Island Authority, shared his experiences in engaging with the wide range of community groups who have an interest in the Island.
Our very own Cath Blake-Powell engaged the attendees with her experiences of engaging stakeholders and the importance of tailoring the strategy of engagement to suit the group.
Also Nerida Moredoundt, Principal Heritage Architect of TPG Heritage spoke about the value of engaging community at the early stages of Municipal Heritage Inventory Reviews and assessing cultural value, particularly in relation to intangible values.
Another successful and engaging seminar by Heritage Perth.
Our next seminar "Engaging with Your Heritage: Traditional Skills and Modern Demand" is on Wednesday 28th October. Please click here for more details.
